Project Background

The brief

The clients' newly built extension allowed them to open up their kitchen and let their garden become a more accessible integral part of their home. They were looking for a striking new contemporary kitchen to make this new space even more of a focal point.

The Metris solution

Bright seasonal light from the garden now lights up a stunning Rich Mix kitchen. The dramatic combination of colours and materials includes White Gloss and black and white Zebrano fascias, with Azul granite and Bamboo timber worktops creating a beautiful tonal contrast. The kitchen's colours, textures and patterns are a striking complementary nod to those in the garden beyond, while the addition of a breakfast bar and seating area creates a new space for socialising and entertaining right in the heart of the home.
